Role Responsibilities
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs for design roles including apparel, textile, graphic, home, color, print, and more.
- Collaborate with Design Talent Team to source, share and match top design talent to their best suited roles across all URBN Brands.
- Source, screen, and engage top creative candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Behance, and niche design communities.
- Manage job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Assist in organizing and attending design-focused career fairs, portfolio reviews, and recruiting events.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Serve as one on-site point person for the Design Talent Acquisition team, managing in-person interviews and on-site business functions as needed.
Role Qualifications
- 1–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or candidate coordination experience; experience recruiting for creative or design positions is a plus.
- Strong interest in design, fashion, or lifestyle brands; familiarity with design portfolios and creative terminology.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Some working experience with Microsoft Business Suite & Excel.
- A collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset.
