Creative & Design Recruiter
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Design Recruiter to support hiring across product, design, and creative organizations. This individual will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, experience recruiting for creative talent, and the ability to develop innovative talent strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for design, UX, research, and creative positions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates, supporting a requisition load of approximately 20.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple design disciplines.
- Conduct candidate assessments and portfolio reviews to evaluate skills and experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to create recruiting strategies, interview plans, and hiring forecasts.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
- Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Track recruiting metrics to drive hiring outcomes and process improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in Seattle and able to work on-site 5 days per week.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting for design, UX, research, creative marketing, or product-focused roles.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and Boolean search skills with success engaging passive candidates.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for disciplines such as UX Design, Product Design, UX Research, Content Design, Visual Design, or Creative Direction.
- Able to evaluate design portfolios and understand common design skill sets.
- Experience supporting software, hardware, consumer products, media, or technology organizations.
- Able to influence senior stakeholders and operate in ambiguous environments.
- Strong consulting, partnership, and talent advisory skills.
