Creative Talent Recruiter

About the role

We're looking for someone who is deeply embedded in creative communities—design, illustration, video, game art, 3D, motion—and has spent years building genuine relationships with freelance creators. You're not a traditional recruiter. You're a connector. You know where creators hang out, what they care about, and how to get them excited about new projects. You'll be responsible for building and growing Wirestock's global network of freelance creators and mobilizing that network to staff high-volume, fast-moving projects.

Responsibilities

• Build, grow and manage a large network of freelance creators across disciplines: photo, video, illustration, game art, 3D, motion design and more
• Identify and connect with creators through platforms and niche creative communities
• Match creators to projects based on skill set, availability, and project brief requirements
• Onboard creators to projects quickly and smoothly, ensuring they understand deliverables and timelines
• Maintain strong ongoing relationships with creators to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery
• Collaborate closely with project and content teams to understand briefs and translate them into the right creator profiles
• Keep the network growing, always finding new talent, especially across Latin America and other emerging creative markets
• Support people-ops tasks such as scheduling, onboarding, and other administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• You have a genuine, existing network of freelance creators—designers, illustrators, video artists, game artists, 3D artists
• 3+ years of experience in a role that involved building or managing creative talent communities, this could be at a creative agency, talent marketplace, creator platform, or similar
• Experience working with freelance creator communities at scale
• Background managing large pools of contractors or freelancers in creative fields
• You understand creative disciplines deeply; you know the difference between a motion designer and a 3D generalist, and what each project needs
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working at high volume and fast pace, managing many creators and projects simultaneously
• Excellent English communication; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus
