Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of recruitment services to hiring leaders by delivering top talent for Garnet Health System.
- Advance Garnet Health as an employer of choice while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection and hiring process.
- Interview pre-qualified top-tier candidates and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.

Requirements
- Minimum Education: B.S. in Human Resources or related discipline required.
- Minimum Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
- Expert-level knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, interviewing, legal considerations, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
- Demonstrated experience working with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.
- Knowledge and extensive use of a web-based applicant tracking system.
- Ability to present recruiting concepts and reports to leadership.
- Ability to develop business cases and service requirements while creating and managing strategic alliances.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
- Internet-savvy with experience in mining online databases.
- Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Consultative approach to recruitment and selection.

Pay
The range for this salaried role is $65,871.00–$82,339.00. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses, incentive pay, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining compensation, several factors may be considered, such as location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget, and internal equity.
