Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of recruitment services to hiring leaders by delivering top talent for Garnet Health System.
- Interview pre-qualified top-tier candidates and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community.
- Support hiring managers and candidates through the full selection and hiring process.
- Demonstrate expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, interviewing, legal compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
- Work with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.
- Utilize a web-based applicant tracking system.
- Present recruiting concepts and reports to leadership.
- Develop business cases, service requirements, and strategic alliances.
- Recruit for a broad and deep range of positions.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: B.S. in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years in full lifecycle recruiting.
- Expertise in sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, interviewing, legal compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
- Experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.
- Proficiency in web-based applicant tracking systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Internet-savvy with experience mining online databases.
- Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Consultative approach to recruitment and selection.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $65,871.00–$82,339.00 salaried. The range reflects compliance with New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements and does not include bonuses, incentive pay, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits. Final compensation will consider factors such as location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, budget, and internal equity.
