About the role
ProRecruiters is seeking a Loan Collateral Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team.
Pay
$42,000 to $57,000 per year
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in loan operations, banking operations, collateral management, or a related financial services environment preferred
- Knowledge of loan documentation, collateral processing, lien filing, and loan servicing practices
- Understanding of banking regulations, lending compliance requirements, and documentation standards
- Experience reviewing financial documents, tax returns, insurance records, and collateral-related information
- Ability to process, organize, and maintain accurate loan and collateral records
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and evaluate complex documentation
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to work independently
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes and systems
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
