Up to $22/hour | Leasing Agent | Career Growth!

Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and highlight community amenities and available apartment homes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up with prospects, and assist with the application and leasing process.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, move-in paperwork, and other resident documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, leases, and resident information.
• Absorb rent collection, resident questions, and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct apartment inspections and assist with move-in and move-out processes.
• Support resident retention efforts, community events, and property marketing initiatives.
• Maintain model apartments, leasing areas, and common areas to ensure the property is presented professionally.
• Follow Fair Housing guidelines, company policies, and property procedures.

Requirements

• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, or AppFolio is a plus.
• A professional and personable approach when interacting with residents and prospective residents.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working weekends and holidays as required by the property.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

Skills

• Property management software proficiency (Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, or AppFolio).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
