Schedule
Full-time; Day Shift with ability to work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide the best possible customer service experience for prospects, residents, contractors, and others.
- Input all maintenance requests into the computer system, monitor the status of incomplete work orders, and close out completed work orders.
- Provide apartment information in compliance with Fair Housing standards and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Complete administrative functions related to move‑in and move‑out preparation, as well as resident communication.
- Greet and tour prospects according to Fair Housing standards, build rapport, determine prospect needs, qualify and close the sale, and obtain applications.
- Conduct phone and email follow‑ups with current leads to generate traffic, assess continued interest, and close sales.
- Conduct lease signings with prospects and tenants, including all required addenda.
Qualifications
- 1 year of leasing experience.
- 3 years of sales and customer service experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Yardi Breeze is a plus.
- Knowledge of and compliance with all apartment‑related laws, including Fair Housing, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the ADA.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
