About the role

HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team in Aventura, FL. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position with a Monday–Friday day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and highlight community amenities and available apartment homes.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up with prospects, and assist with the application and leasing process.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, move-in paperwork, and other resident documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, leases, and resident information.
• Assist with rent collection, resident questions, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct apartment inspections and assist with move-in and move-out processes.
• Support resident retention efforts, community events, and property marketing initiatives.
• Maintain model apartments, leasing areas, and common areas to ensure the property is presented professionally.
• Follow Fair Housing guidelines, company policies, and property procedures.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, or AppFolio is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working weekends as required by the property.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Professional and personable approach when interacting with residents and prospective residents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$21/hour to $22/hour
