$22/hour | Bilingual Leasing Consultant | Part-time

About the role

Location: Arlington, VA. Part‑time, temporary position with HireOne Staffing, part of Array Corporation, a technology‑enabled workforce solutions company focused on fixing how work is bought, sold and delivered.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and over the phone.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities.
• Manage leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Process applications and support lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software (Entrata).
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Support day‑to‑day administrative and leasing office tasks.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• 1 year of residential leasing experience.
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Experience with tax credit properties preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay

$22/hour + Weekly Pay!

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
