About the role

The One Stop University Program Associate will serve as the first point of contact for students, triaging their needs and addressing their challenges to ensure they receive the necessary support. This role involves providing comprehensive One Stop services to students and families, handling both simple and complex issues with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for students, triaging their needs and addressing their challenges.
  • Provide comprehensive One Stop services to students and families, handling both simple and complex issues with discretion and integrity.
  • Investigate, problem-solve, and resolve questions and issues from current students across a wide variety of topics.
  • Utilize electronic and paper resources to retrieve information needed to respond to student questions.
  • Ensure that information and concerns are accounted for using established procedures and handled with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion and confidentiality; ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form; ability to educate customers on various tasks and processes; ability to work independently and collaboratively with other offices; ability to assess and find solutions to a variety of customer issues and needs; attention to detail and record keeping; ability to multitask, follow through on assigned projects, and work in a fast-paced environment as a team member; ability to work with diverse student populations and provide customer care; ability to access, review, compile, and analyze multiple sources of data and information to generate appropriate criteria for communicating to customers.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Qualifications: Prefer two or more years of One Stop experience. Higher Education Experience preferred.

Benefits

Continuation of this position is contingent upon the continuing availability of non-state funding.

Pay

$35,589.00 - $45,934.00
