About Our Partner

They are governed by elected community members, most of the staff live in their service territory, and many of them are lifelong residents. They deliver services that neighbors rely on for their quality of life – whether it’s safe water to drink, heat and light to keep them warm and safe, or energy to power businesses fueling the local economy.

  • Assist customers in developing and implementing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) plans and Energy Management plans (EMP) as required by the WA Clean Buildings Performance Standard, including items like developing an employee engagement plan or building a site’s internal energy management program.
  • Support customers with implementing Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs).
  • Support development of Program Health Dashboard.
  • Lead outreach for Clean Buildings Tier 2 customer support.

  • Be an organized self-starter and have excellent time management skills; be effective at moving things forward independently without supervision.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects.

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with the Clean Buildings Law, Energy Star Portfolio Manager, applying for grants, and implementing energy efficiency projects.
