University Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned lead inventory and convert inquiries into enrolled students
• Conduct daily outreach to prospective students by phone, email, and CRM
• Counsel prospective students on program fit, admissions requirements, and next steps
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM throughout the admissions cycle
• Support applicants through document collection and application completion
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve enrollment related issues
• Participate in virtual and in-person recruitment events as required
• Represent CalMU professionally in all internal and external interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
• Two or more years of admissions experience at an accredited university or postsecondary institution, working a lead-based enrollment model
• Demonstrated success meeting enrollment, conversion, or activity targets
• Proficiency with CRM systems and structured pipeline management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with disciplined follow-up
• Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment

Special Requirements

• Availability for occasional evening or weekend recruitment events
• Absolutely authorized to work in the United States

Pay

Salary range: $68,000 to $85,000 per year
