Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through targeted research and multi-channel outreach
- Leverage intent data, account engagement, and partner insights to identify and act on early buying signals and trigger events
- Execute outbound prospecting motions, including cold calling, email sequences, and social engagement with personalized messaging based on industry, persona, and enterprise application landscape
- Develop a strong understanding of Worksoft's platform, competitive landscape, and value propositions
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure clean handoffs and nurture progression
- Coordinate co-selling motions including warm introductions, overlapping accounts, and shared prospects
- Maintain and track results using Salesforce and Salesloft
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity goals, generating meetings resulting in SQL and opportunities, and pipeline goals
- Provide actionable insights to marketing on messaging resonance, persona behavior, and campaign performance
- Continuously improve knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related experience
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role with B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Confident communicator who can engage senior personas
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Resilient, persistent, and comfortable working toward quotas
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable Skills
- Experience using Salesforce and Salesloft to manage outreach, maintain clean and reliable data, and track results
- Proficiency in account-based prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other AI tools for research and insight generation, with strong prompting skills to extract meaningful results
- Familiarity with the software industry or experience selling enterprise software products

- Compensation Range: $70,000 - $100,000 OTE
