Universal Worker – Flexible Scheduling

Responsibilities
- Aid tenants with aspects of daily living as per the service plan.
- Provide reminders to tenants as per the service plan.
- Perform or assist with basic services such as light housekeeping and laundering of bed linens.
- Conduct assurance checks to ensure tenant safety as assigned.
- Report any physical or mental changes or requests to the Assisted Living Director or DON.
- Promote and assist with activities and social events.
- Follow tenant rights policies and procedures.
- Review and adhere to each tenant's individual service plan.
- Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Help prepare the dining room, serve food, and complete clean-up after mealtime.
- Perform any cleaning duties assigned during the shift.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred. No specific training required, but participation in ongoing continuing education is encouraged.
Qualifications
Must be able to follow tenant rights policies and procedures, and comply with HIPAA and confidentiality policies and procedures.
Skills
Positive attitude, ability to follow directions, and willingness to learn new tasks are essential skills for this role.

Pay
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential starting at 2pm.
