Universal Worker

Shifts/hours vary, PRN with potential for part-time. This position is for Eagle Ridge Independent & Assisted Living Apartments. Are you looking for a rewarding career in Skilled Nursing? We are currently searching for a Universal Worker to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and care to tenants.
• Ensure tenants' apartments and building are presentable through light housekeeping, laundry, and assisting with meal service.
• Aid in the provision of personal care to tenants, following tenant service plans.
• (If credentialed as a CNA) Provide health-related care (as per tenant service plans) as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of experience in a caregiver role is preferable but not required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and commitment to providing exceptional care.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
