Job Summary

This position is for Mills Harbour Independent & Assisted Living Apartments. We are currently searching for a Universal Worker to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team at our assisted living facility, Lake Mills Care Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and care to our tenants
• Ensure tenant's apartments and building are presentable with light housekeeping, laundry, and assisting dietary with meals to tenants
• Assist with the provision of personal care to tenants, in accordance with tenant service plans
• If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), provide health-related cares (according to tenant service plans) as assigned

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in a caregiver role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
