Universal Worker

About the role

We are seeking a Universal Worker to join our team at the Rehabilitation Center of Belmond campus. The position is available on a PRN (on-call) basis at Belle Haven Independent & Assisted Living Apartments.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and care to our tenants.
• Ensure tenant's apartments and building are presentable through light housekeeping, laundry, and assisting with dietary needs.
• Assist with the provision of personal care to tenants, in accordance with tenant service plans.
• If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), provide health-related cares as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One (1) year of experience in a caregiver role is preferable but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
