Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier service while helping members discover financial solutions that truly fit their needs
• Drive growth through consultative sales, referrals, and relationship-building in person and virtually
• Represent Tech CU at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach campaigns
• Keep operations running smoothly with accurate transactions, cash handling, and compliance excellence

Requirements

• Equal parts relationship builder, problem solver, and go getter
• Experience in banking or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for community engagement and financial education

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
