About the role

We are seeking a full-time Universal Banker III (Assistant Branch Manager) at Fleetwood Bank. Fleetwood Bank is a community bank headquartered in Berks County, dedicated to making meaningful differences in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the branch
• Leading all facets of sales, service, and operations of the branch
• Achieving budgeted sales goals
• Acquiring new consumer and business customer relationships
• Initiating referrals to partners
• Deepening all existing customer relationships
• Managing the overall and day-to-day operations of the branch
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory related policies and procedures
• Fostering a customer-centric culture within the branch
• Providing customers with a memorable experience
• Aiding in the referral process
• Deepening customer relationships and engaging bank partners
• Building strong partnerships through clear and effective communication
• Integrating the use of available tools and technology to improve sales presentation, performance, and productivity
• Leading the branch team to meet and exceed customers' expectations
• Uncovering customer needs
• Providing problem resolution
• Developing and maintaining key business and community relationships
• Active involvement in the community and community/bank events
• Ensuring branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance
• Analyzing branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance
• Having strong acumen in consumer and business banking and lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, time management, coaching, team member development, communication, and presentation skills

Requirements

• HS diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of prior retail banking experience required
• Prior management or supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and inspire branch sales staff
