Responsibilities
- Open personal and business deposit accounts
- Cross-sell bank products and services
- Process consumer loans
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer and internal inquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner
- Complete relationship development activities
Requirements
- One to three years of experience in customer service, sales, and cash handling or related experience
- Demonstrated high level of flexible interpersonal skills, customer service, trustworthiness, credibility, and diplomacy
