Universal Banker II

About the role

We are seeking a Universal Banker II to join our Carrollton Branch team at Open Bank. This position is part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service and driving growth through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conducts client and bank transactions with accuracy, speed, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Provides excellent client service and cross-sells bank products and services.
• Processes and reviews various items such as Reject, Overdraft, Non-Post, Stop, and HOLD items.
• Communicates with customers and mails out notices for NSF, OD, and Return Items.
• Researches and assists with deposit accounts, including Account Statement Printing & Image Printing.
• Scans and reviews New Account Documents for callback.
• Processes outgoing wire transfers and keyboard item input, completing next-day reviews.
• Aids in Safe Deposit Box access and new deposit box openings.
• Handles mail and courier deposits, Messenger Service Deposits, Mobile & Remote Deposits, and reviews them for submission.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as an operation specialist in a bank operation.
• Working knowledge of computers, related business programs, and online banking systems.
• Preferred retail sales and service experience, including cash handling.
