Universal Banker II

About the role

As a Universal Banker II at M&F Bank, you will handle a variety of financial transactions for customers, assist in developing new business through referrals, and act as a supervisor when the Branch Manager is absent.

Responsibilities

• Processes and initiates various financial transactions for customers.
• Aids in the development of new business through referrals to increase profitability in the designated market area.
• Assists customers with Masterlines, auto loans, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
• Provides high-quality customer service by meeting the needs of customers efficiently and friendliness.
• Encourages clients to use self-service banking solutions such as ATMs, online, and mobile banking.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in business or related field required.
• Minimum of 36 months of financial institution experience with a strong emphasis on accurate cash handling, proactive sales, and opening new accounts.
• Minimum of 12 months of demonstrated experience processing consumer loans.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
