About the role
Join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager and lead daily nursing operations in a resident-centered care environment. This role involves supervising nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff
- Planning and assigning workflows
- Managing staff schedules
- Resolving employee concerns
- Acting as a clinical leader and mentor, fostering a collaborative environment that supports residents, families, and team members
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in long-term or post-acute care
- At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience preferred
- Current RN license and CPR certification
