• Monitor and document patient progress, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Utilize technological tools and equipment to streamline care delivery and enhance patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

Qualifications

• Current registered nursing license in the state of Vermont
• Recent graduates welcome to apply
