As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit, including:
- Managing the staffing needs and providing supervision for nursing staff
- Providing direct resident care
- Assisting in staff development and providing coaching and guidance to nursing staff
- Providing direct resident care in accordance with established plans
- Supervising Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants
- Conducting and documenting a complete data collection of each resident's medical status

Requirements:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
- Minimum (3) years nursing experience preferred in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in nursing administration.
