Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Unit Manager RN or LPN to join our team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and leading a team of nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation therapists, and social workers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Medical Director
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all unit staff
• Supervise an interdisciplinary team to provide quality healthcare to our residents
• Deliver care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements

• Current unencumbered State of Massachusetts LPN or RN license
• Knowledge of State and Federal long-term care guidelines preferred
• Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families, and Staff
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact
