About the Role

The Unit Manager (RN or LPN) oversees nursing operations within a patient-focused community, ensuring quality care and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing needs and supervise nursing staff providing direct resident care.
• Support staff development and ensure compliance with documentation and resident rights policies.
• Provide direct care according to individualized treatment plans and conduct resident medical assessments.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and scheduling of nursing personnel.
• Coordinate care to ensure adequate coverage and monitor quality standards.
• Contribute to developing innovative healthcare practices and manage a successful team.

Requirements

• Current, active license as an RN or LPN.
• Preferably 3+ years of nursing experience in a similar setting, with at least 1 year in nursing administration.
• Compassionate, dedicated, and qualified to deliver high-quality care.
