Unit Manager RN LPN

Responsibilities

• Work together with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families.
• Create and maintain positive employee relationships among the staff in your unit.
• Attract and retain top-performing, talented team members.
• Supervise and career-coach existing team members within your assigned unit.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Stable work history with a dedication and commitment to lead a healthcare team.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships.
• Reliable transportation.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $35.00 - USD $40.00 per hour.
