Job Summary
Parkway Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN LPN Unit Manager to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Memphis, TN.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our unit, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
Collaborate with the medical director and other team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Manage and coordinate the activities of LPNs and other unit staff.
Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements
Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
Minimum 0 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
