Unit Manager / Nurse Supervisor (LPN)

About the role

Our Unit Managers (LPN) are responsible for the supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. They ensure that the needs of our residents are being met while also supervising and supporting our Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.
• Ensure the needs of residents are being met.
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse with current state license.
• One (1) to three (3) years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current / active CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Pay

• Salary range: $25,000 - $35,000 per year.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the residents.
• Weekends and holidays may be required.
