Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical operations on the unit
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to promote quality care
- Monitor resident care plans and assessments
- Cookordination communication between families, physicians, and healthcare team
- Participate in staff training and performance evaluations
Requirements
- A current Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing
- Previous Long-term Care And Supervisory Experience
- PREFERRED: Strong clinical and managerial skills, Excellent communication and organizational abilities, Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
