Acclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate nursing professional ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the DON and ADON in daily nursing operations and unit oversight
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Manage staffing and scheduling to maintain optimal coverage and control overtime
• Address and resolve staff and resident concerns, escalating when appropriate
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives, care plan meetings, and committees
• Provide clinical guidance, training, and hands-on support to staff
• Oversee MDS completion and assist with discharge planning
• Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of nursing staff
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• At least 6 months of rehabilitative or restorative nursing experience preferred
• Long-term care experience strongly preferred
