About the role
Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Unit Manager to join their leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with facility leadership to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth
- Manage staffing levels effectively to ensure high-quality resident care while controlling overtime
- Lead by example, promoting compassionate, resident-centered care
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of New York
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and guide teams in a fast-paced environment

Pay
$110,000 – $120,000 annually
