Responsibilities
- Oversight of the clinical care of all residents
- Ensuring continued adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations
- Management and oversight of all nursing staff
- Providing planning, organization, education, supervision, and evaluation of all services provided in the facility
- Ensuring that all department staff is properly trained to perform their required duties
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Nurse Management experience preferred
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
