Responsibilities

• Proactively schedules activities
• Reviews status of treatment plans for clients
• Develops counseling staff competencies and clinical supervision capabilities
• Tracks program effectiveness to meet fidelity standards
• Applies regulations to meet standards
• Familiar with processes, systems and therapies appropriate for the type of residence
• Recognizes program drift and implements change to restore group home outcomes to expectations
• Interacts with targeted external stakeholders such as counties, juvenile justice authorities, parents, regulatory agencies, local law enforcement, etc.
• Responsible for safety and functions on a 7/24/365 basis; needs to be available off hours should conditions dictate
