About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in managing and leasing commercial real estate properties across Greater Victoria. This role involves coordinating leasing opportunities, maintaining property maps, and supporting the Leasing Opportunities Centre to ensure prospective tenants find the ideal space for their retail or office needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Leasing Opportunities Centre with current available commercial spaces
• Maintain accurate property maps and listings for Greater Victoria locations
• Coordinate property viewings and leasing inquiries
• Assist in preparing leasing documents and agreements
• Collaborate with property owners and prospective tenants to match business needs with available spaces
• Track leasing activity and report on market trends

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial real estate, leasing, or property management
• Strong knowledge of the Greater Victoria commercial real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and property databases
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for property visits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• Real estate license (or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire)
• Proficiency with mapping software and property management systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial leasing or sales
