About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team in Greater Victoria, managing commercial real estate properties and matching businesses with ideal spaces across our portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase available commercial spaces to prospective tenants
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease documentation
• Maintain relationships with existing tenants and address their needs
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams
• Prepare market analysis and leasing reports
• Manage lease renewals and expansions
• Collaborate with marketing team on property listings and promotional materials

Requirements

• Valid real estate license in British Columbia
• Minimum 2 years of commercial leasing experience
• Proven track record of successful lease transactions
• Strong knowledge of Greater Victoria commercial real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
