About the role

This position supports the leasing and operations of commercial real estate properties within the Greater Victoria region.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing inquiries and showings for available commercial spaces
• Coordinate lease documentation and tenant onboarding
• Maintain property listings and marketing materials
• Liaise with tenants, property managers, and maintenance teams
• Track lease expirations and renewal options
• Prepare leasing reports and market analysis

Requirements

• Experience in commercial real estate leasing or property management
• Knowledge of local Greater Victoria commercial real estate market
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends for showings

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, real estate, or related field
• Real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
