About the role

Provide on-site support for ICT and engineering services within the Data Center environment, including mainframes and industry-standard client environments. Escort third-party engineers, ensure compliance with site standards, and escalate issues if unresolved. Receive, assess, and complete patching and de-patching requests while maintaining a safe, healthy, and professional working environment. Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems under close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support ICT and engineering services in a Data Center environment.
• Escort third-party engineers and ensure compliance with site standards; escalate unresolved issues.
• Complete patching and de-patching requests as assessed.
• Follow detailed procedures, methods, and tasks under supervision.
• Deliver output by adhering to defined processes and guidelines.
• Meet physical requirements, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing, and carrying loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Collaborative and proactive mindset.

Pay

The maximum salary for this role is $100,568 annually. Compensation is determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
