Union Driver - CDL B

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a CDL Driver (Class B) to deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools and supplies to and from customer worksites. This role drives a flatbed or roll-back truck in urban, suburban, and rural settings, including tight construction zones. Responsibilities
- Deliver and recover equipment, tools, and supplies to and from customer worksites
- Drive a flatbed or roll-back truck in a variety of conditions, including urban, suburban, and rural settings
- Operate safely in tight settings such as construction zones
- Load and unload tools and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site
- Maintain accurate records with attention to detail
- Provide customer service and maintain a service-focused attitude
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with Class B CDL certification and safe driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience driving, loading, and unloading tools or equipment preferred
- Mechanical skills to troubleshoot issues on-site preferred
- Customer service focused attitude preferred
- Detail orientation to properly maintain records preferred
- Bi-lingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
Pay
$34.41–$36.41 per hour, depending on the agreed rate under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement for this location.
