About the role

Uniformed Security Officers are needed for both part-time and full-time positions. These roles involve:

• Security of client’s property through foot and mobile patrols.
• Monitoring all aspects of security, observing and reporting activities and incidents at an assigned site.
• Providing security and safety for client property and personnel.
• Controlling access to client’s property through entry control points.
• Preserving order and enforcing regulations and directives for the site regarding personnel, visitors, and premises.

Responsibilities

• Walking and standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Working independently.
• Observing and reporting activities and incidents.
• Controlling access to client’s property.
• Preserving order and enforcing regulations.

Requirements

• Aged 18 or older.
• Meet State of Iowa requirements for Security Guard License, including a valid driver’s license and criminal background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
