Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Frequently provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Standard computer / technology skills
• Exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
• Responsible, accountable, objective, and strong work ethic
• Strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Customer service background preferred
• Able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• Able to work any time of day
• Able to work weekends
• Able to perform multiple styles of security including but not limited to foot and vehicle patrol, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and standing posts
• Highly adaptable
• Able to provide reliable transportation

Qualifications

No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.
