About the role
The role involves traffic planning and design, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable transportation solutions. Successful candidates will contribute to projects that enhance urban mobility and environmental sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze traffic flow models to inform infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers, planners, and community members to gather input and feedback on proposed designs.
- Prepare and present project reports and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in traffic planning and design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in traffic planning and design.
- Proficiency in traffic simulation software and GIS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of traffic engineering standards and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in traffic simulation software (e.g., CORSIM, VISSIM).
- Experience with GIS and mapping tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS).

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position with standard Monday through Friday workweek.
