Underground Utility Foreman - Water/Wastewater (Tucson)

Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as an Underground Utility Foreman or equivalent field leadership role Experience installing water, sewer, storm drain, and force main systemsStrong knowledge of underground utility construction methods, materials, and installation practicesAbility to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and utility layoutsKnowledge of grades, elevations, and proper pipe installation techniques Experience directing and supervising field crews to meet daily production, quality, and safety goalsAbility to coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maintain project schedulesKnowledge of excavation, trenching, shoring, and OSHA requirementsAbility to identify and resolve field issues and coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, inspectors, and other project personnelExperience operating or working around heavy construction equipmentAbility to conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and proceduresStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environmentsValid driver's license requiredCDL preferred Rate varies based on experience We will only respond to serious inquiries from experienced Underground Utility Foremen.
