Undergraduate Research Assistant - Temporary

Responsibilities

Supports ongoing computational biology research through activities such as bioinformatics analyses, machine learning applications, software development, and maintenance of computational pipelines.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate science program with an interest in a future career in science, healthcare, or a healthcare related field.
• Individuals with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Must have completed coursework in introductory biology and fundamentals of data science.
• Must have research experiences, outside of coursework, with bioinformatics and machine learning applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have completed at least two years of undergraduate program.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this position is from $21.30 to $30.13 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
