Research Assistant - Temporary

About the role

The Princeton University Art Museum invites applications for a Research Assistant in the field of ancient Mediterranean art, with a preference for a specialty in either Greek or Roman. The candidate will provide research assistance for upcoming exhibitions and projects and will work with the curator on provenance research on works in the collections.

Responsibilities

• Undertake research on the collections
• Provide support for projects related to the ancient Mediterranean collection
• Work collaboratively with the curator on exhibition projects that are underway

Qualifications

• ABD status, with a focus on Greek and/or Roman art
• Knowledge of ancient Greek and/or Latin required
