About the role
Responsible for providing financial aid counseling services to undergraduate students.
Responsibilities
- Assist students in understanding and applying for various financial aid programs.
- Provide guidance on scholarships, grants, and loans.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on financial literacy and aid options.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial aid processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in financial aid administration or counseling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
