About the role

The Baker is responsible for preparing all cakes, cookies, and tarts according to company recipes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing cheesecakes, cookies, and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standard for flavor, color, and aroma
• Guiding Baker Assistant and assisting with their training
• Able to perform all Baker Assistant duties

Requirements

Reliable and dependable attendance is required.

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Minimum one year of Operations experience required

Skills

Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense

Pay

Pay Range: $20.25 per hour - $23.25 per hour Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
