About the Role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The position emphasizes building meaningful connections and providing high‑level customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Schedule

Every Tuesday 12 pm – 6 pm and Wednesday – Monday 6 am – 6 pm (6 on/6 off), totaling 42 hours per week. Site location: Saint James, LA.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17.00. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Must have a TWIC card
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient with basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
